Equipment

  • Bread Knife
  • Medium bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices gluten-free bread
  • 2 tbsp extra light olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees
  • Using a bread knife, stack 3 slices of bread and slice into approximately 1 inch by 1 inch pieces
  • In a medium bowl, mix all the spices listed above
  • Add the pieces of bread and olive to the same bowl and toss with tongs
  • Once the air fryer has reached 375 degrees, add in bread pieces and air fry for about 12 minutes
  • Remove croutons from air fryer and allow them to cool
  • Enjoy with salads, soups, casseroles, or even as a snack
